Refund Policy
30-day return window
TeslaAny accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return instructions and return mailing address.
Return eligibility
Returned items should be new, unused, and in the same condition received, with original packaging and accessories where possible. Some products may not be eligible for return if they are used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, or otherwise not in resalable condition.
How to start a return
Email teslaany@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. We normally respond within 1-2 business days.
Return shipping cost
For non-defective products, wrong-size selections, buyer remorse, or other customer-preference returns, customers are responsible for sending approved returns back by mail and paying the return shipping cost.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos or video evidence. After review, TeslaAny may offer a replacement, refund, or other solution, and defect-related return shipping may be handled differently from customer-preference returns.
Return mailing address

Refund processing
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are normally processed within 10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
Exchange requests can be reviewed depending on product availability. If an exchange is not available, we may process an approved return and refund instead.
No restocking fee
TeslaAny does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
