30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

To request a return, contact us at teslaany@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Return shipping

For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with photos and we will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Return address

The return address will be provided after your return request is approved. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized items, personal care items, gift cards, and final-sale items where clearly marked.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
