Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping destinations

We primarily ship to the United States and selected European countries. Availability and delivery times may vary by destination and will be shown at checkout when available.

Estimated delivery time

Standard shipping usually takes about 7-12 business days after the order has shipped. Most orders arrive in about 9 business days, but delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local carriers, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. Tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to update.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost, damaged, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at teslaany@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and help resolve it.
